As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining the property's appearance, functionality, and overall resident satisfaction. You will be responsible for completing service requests, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting with apartment make‑readies to ensure homes are move‑in ready.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently while maintaining a strong commitment to customer service and safety.

• Complete maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues
• Perform preventative maintenance throughout the community
• Assist with apartment turns and make‑ready projects
• Repair drywall, doors, windows, locks, flooring, and general building components
• Maintain common areas, grounds, and property amenities
• Ensure vacant units are prepared for new resident move‑ins
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, and team members
• Respond to maintenance needs with a customer‑focused approach

• Previous apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, or related experience preferred
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and general maintenance practices
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and prioritize daily tasks
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
