School-Based Social Worker - Kenosha, Wisconsin

• Masters degree in Social Work with appropriate state licensure for school practice
• Prior experience as a school-based social worker strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to provide crisis intervention and facilitate social-emotional growth

• Provide direct social work services to a manageable caseload of students with IEPs
• Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with educators and special education teams to promote positive outcomes
• Deliver individual and group counseling addressing social, emotional, and behavioral goals
• Serve as a liaison to families, offering resources and support as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely records and participate in IEP meetings
