• Deliver pizzas and beverages by car and to customers’ doors.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Maintain accurate records of orders and payments.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members over the phone and in person.
• Use navigational skills to locate addresses within the designated delivery area, including multi‑story buildings and private homes.
• Follow all safety and company policies during deliveries.

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Ability to read a map and navigate adverse terrain.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and ability to provide correct monetary change.
• Proficiency with computer keyboard or touch screen for order entry.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Motor coordination and ability to handle precise movements rapidly.

• Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing duties.
• Drive within the designated delivery area for multiple deliveries per shift.
• Walk between the store and delivery vehicle and from vehicle to customer location.
• Navigate five or more flights of stairs during delivery.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering products, driving, and couponing.
• Exposure to outdoor and indoor temperature fluctuations (36°F to 90°F+).
• Near and mid‑range vision required for most in‑store tasks; deep‑sight and night vision needed for driving.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F.
• Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, reaching, hand/eye coordination, and use of tools and equipment.
