System Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes. As a driver, you will transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.

• Home Time: 3 weeks out, then 3 days off

Full-time drivers can earn $1,171.40–$2,106.07 per week ($60,912.97–$ per year) depending on experience, routes, attendance, and length of service. Accessorial compensation includes tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay.

Flatbed OTR Driver Rate: $0.55–$0.60 per mile. Transition package: $1,800, with $1,000 for orientation in first 2 weeks.

• Accrue 1 hour of sick per 30 hours worked, PTO: 80 hours (1-9 yrs), 120 hours (10+ yrs)

• Required: Valid Class A CDL
• Required: 21 years of age or older
• Required: Safe driving record on the road
• Required: No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• Required: 4+ months driving experience
• Preferred: 1 year truck driving experience
• Required: Background Check
• Required: Clean Drug Test
• Required: Clean Clearinghouse result
• Required: Physical ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice
