Position Description
Ryder is hiring a Non-CDL Truck Driver in Kenosha, WI — offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a driving career you can feel good about.

- Minimum 21 years of age
- Minimum 6 months of verifiable driving experience
- Pass a Ryder Drug Test
- Must have verifiable driving experience (if position involves straight truck or box truck)
- 6 months experience in the past 3 years, OR 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
- Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
- Pass a DOT physical
- Pass a Ryder road test
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
- Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
This position does not require the operation of CDL-regulated equipment. However, candidates who possess a valid Commercial Drivers License will be subject to FMCSA requirements, including but not limited to, pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse query.

Responsibilities- Safely drive a vehicle within and outside company routes, complying with safety regulations, continuous training and customer service.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines.
- Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards.
- Maintaining accurate records, loading/unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer.
- Other tasks as assigned.
