Truck Driver Non CDL Daily

Position Overview

Ryder is hiring a Non-CDL Truck Driver in Kenosha, WI. This role offers weekly pay, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to build a driving career.

• Safely drive a vehicle within and outside the designated area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and continuous training.
• Maintain compliance with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards, and guidelines.
• Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards.
• Maintain accurate records and load or unload freight as required.
• Provide excellent customer service and perform other assigned tasks.

• Minimum age 21.
• At least 6 months of verifiable driving experience on similar equipment (straight/box truck), with experience guidelines: 6 months in the past 3 years, 2 years in the past 5 years, or 5 years in the past 10 years.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass a Ryder drug test, background, motor vehicle check, DOT physical, and road test.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions; read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Preferred: TWIC card (reimbursed if required).

• Uniform and boot allowance provided.
• Drivers operate well‑maintained trucks (at most 36 months old) with 24/7 roadside maintenance and fueling at over 800 nationwide locations.
• Paid training and weekly pay ($27.00 per hour).
• Schedule Monday–Friday, 50+ hours per week.
• 401(k) rollover available immediately with company match at 1 year.

Freight:
Heavy touch – medical supplies. Route:
Home daily. Heavy touch required. Run in: surrounding areas. TWIC card preferred but not required; reimbursement offered.
