Delivery Specialist - Hub

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver parts and/or products to O’Reilly stores and distribution centers safely and efficiently.
• Drive company vehicle to deliver stock transfers, pick up and sign for each stop on the set route.
• Maintain a daily city route manifest and keep fleet/fuel card, vehicle, and keys secure.
• Familiarize with accident report guidelines and complete them as required.
• Ensure a designated team member at each store verifies all invoices and signs the route manifest.
• Deliver according to schedule; report any delays to the city delivery supervisor or remaining stores on the route.
• Project a professional and personable image to maintain good customer relations.
• Communicate any problems or special needs from stores to store management.
• Clock in/out in accordance with company policy.
• Check fluid levels (oil, radiator, transmission, etc.) and log mileage before operating the vehicle each day.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs immediately to the store manager.
• Ensure the fuel tank is filled, and lock and secure the vehicle at the end of the day.
• Drive safely and defensively.

• Required:
  
  Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the company’s 14/18‑point record system standard.
• Desired:
  Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
