Your Mission

  • Serve as Pilot in Command for Learjet 45 Series operations under Part 91/135.
  • Conduct thorough preflight inspections and ensure aircraft readiness and compliance.
  • Analyze weather for departure, en route, destination, and alternate airports; adapt plans as needed.
  • Prepare and review flight plans; compute weight and balance, fuel requirements, and performance data.
  • Lead and supervise the First Officer, ensuring smooth, efficient, and professional crew coordination.
  • Make sound go/no-go, delay, cancellation, and route deviation decisions based on operating conditions.
  • Ensure adherence to all federal, state, local, and foreign regulations and company operating procedures.
  • Maintain reliable availability to crew and department via company communication channels during duty.
  • Work nonstandard schedules, including weekends and holidays, while delivering exceptional passenger service.
  • Champion aircraft care and passenger safety and comfort on every leg.
What You’ll Bring
  • Multi-Engine Land Airline Transport Pilot (ATPL) license required.
  • Current First Class Medical Certificate.
  • Minimum 3,000 total flight hours, including at least 1,500 hours as PIC.
  • Minimum 200 hours multi-engine time.
  • ATP written exam passed or ATP certificate held.
  • Proficiency in radio telephony communications.
  • Valid passport and driver’s license; ability to pass drug testing and TSA background screening.
  • Eligibility to obtain airport  and ramp driving privileges.
  • Residence within a two-hour personal commute of the Kenosha base (relocation considered).
  • High School Diploma required;
    Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Success in this role requires impeccable judgment, outstanding airmanship, and a warm, service-oriented presence with passengers.
