Your Mission
- Serve as Pilot in Command for Learjet 45 Series operations under Part 91/135.
- Conduct thorough preflight inspections and ensure aircraft readiness and compliance.
- Analyze weather for departure, en route, destination, and alternate airports; adapt plans as needed.
- Prepare and review flight plans; compute weight and balance, fuel requirements, and performance data.
- Lead and supervise the First Officer, ensuring smooth, efficient, and professional crew coordination.
- Make sound go/no-go, delay, cancellation, and route deviation decisions based on operating conditions.
- Ensure adherence to all federal, state, local, and foreign regulations and company operating procedures.
- Maintain reliable availability to crew and department via company communication channels during duty.
- Work nonstandard schedules, including weekends and holidays, while delivering exceptional passenger service.
- Champion aircraft care and passenger safety and comfort on every leg.
- Multi-Engine Land Airline Transport Pilot (ATPL) license required.
- Current First Class Medical Certificate.
- Minimum 3,000 total flight hours, including at least 1,500 hours as PIC.
- Minimum 200 hours multi-engine time.
- ATP written exam passed or ATP certificate held.
- Proficiency in radio telephony communications.
- Valid passport and driver’s license; ability to pass drug testing and TSA background screening.
- Eligibility to obtain airport and ramp driving privileges.
- Residence within a two-hour personal commute of the Kenosha base (relocation considered).
- High School Diploma required;
Bachelor’s Degree preferred. - Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Success in this role requires impeccable judgment, outstanding airmanship, and a warm, service-oriented presence with passengers.
