Position Summary

Warehouse Selector – Distribution Center

Address: 10901 38th St., Kenosha, WI.

Pay:
Starts at $22.95 per hour (includes $1.00 2nd shift premium). Two pay raises in the first year, earnings increase with speed and efficiency.

Schedule:

Sunday – Thursday work week (Friday and Saturday off). Shift starts at 7:50PM or later; shift times vary.

• Operate in a warehouse environment, standing on feet for 10 hours per shift.
• Lift up to 100 lbs and work in freezer conditions.
• Use scanners, pick lists, and signage to process orders.
• Work in an automated distribution center.
• Perform picking and selection tasks with speed and accuracy.

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as required.
• Must be able to work in extreme cold or hot conditions.
• Must read, write, and communicate in English (including interpreting labels, lists, and verbal instructions).
• Must successfully pass a drug test and background check.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required.
