* What We're Looking For:

*
* Leverages extensive warehouse expertise to ensure efficient operations, maintain high standards of accuracy, and mentor less experienced team members. Plays a key role in streamlining processes, resolving complex issues, and upholding safety and organizational standards in a fast-paced environment.

** Essential Duties/Responsibilities:*
* + Manage the receipt, inspection, and processing of shipments to ensure quality and accuracy

+ Coordinate order preparation and shipping with precision and timeliness

+ Handle advanced inventory management, resolving discrepancies and maintaining accurate records

+ Operate and oversee the safe use of warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks

+ Train team members on proper equipment use and safety procedures

+ Mentor and guide less experienced staff, ensuring compliance with company standards

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment following safety protocols

+ Work with supervisors and team members to improve workflows and productivity

+ Take initiative to solve operational challenges and adapt to changing priorities

+ Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods

+ Support other warehouse functions as needed, including loading and unloading trucks

* Job Requirements:

* + No diploma required;
Strong foundational skills in math, reading, and writing are essential

+ 2+ years of relevant work experience

** Key Skills and

Competencies:

* + Basic computer skills

+ Must be at least 18 years old

+ Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and order processing

+ Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

+ Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and procedures

+ Action oriented and resourceful

Pay: $22.00 per hour

** Incentive Compensation:*
* In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 3% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
