Warehouse Associate, Support Senior

• Manage the receipt, inspection, and processing of shipments to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Coordinate order preparation and shipping with precision and timeliness.
• Handle advanced inventory management, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
• Operate and oversee the safe use of warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Train team members on proper equipment use and safety procedures.
• Mentor and guide less experienced staff, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment following safety protocols.
• Work with supervisors and team members to improve workflows and productivity.
• Take initiative to solve operational challenges and adapt to changing priorities.
• Support other warehouse functions as needed, including loading and unloading trucks.

• No diploma required; strong foundational skills in math, reading, and writing are essential.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.

• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and order processing.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and procedures.
• Action-oriented and resourceful attitude.

$22.00 per hour; salary varies by location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. Eligible for performance-based annual cash incentive (target equal to 3% of base pay).
