Warehouse Forklift

NCW is hiring Warehouse Forklift Operators to support a Professional, Scientific & Technical Services client. In this role, you will safely operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials, stage orders, and stock inventory. You will complete routine inspections, follow OSHA and company safety standards, and maintain a clean, organized work area. The position includes scanning and documenting inventory in a warehouse environment, collaborating with team members, and meeting productivity goals while handling materials accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials
• Stage, stack, and organize pallets and outbound orders
• Perform pre-shift inspections and basic forklift safety checks
• Follow OSHA, company, and site-specific safety procedures
• Use scanners or warehouse systems to track inventory movement
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock rotation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
• Collaborate with warehouse team to meet productivity goals
