Overview

As our Corporate Event & Travel Planner, you’ll be the go-to person for making every company event and executive trip seamless and memorable. You’ll own the planning, coordination, and execution of all major corporate travel and events, ensuring attendees have a high-quality experience while staying on budget. This role is your chance to take ownership, streamline processes, and be the driving force behind smooth, impactful events that leave a lasting impression.

  • Flawless track record of hands-on experience in managing corporate travel and large event planning, 10+ years
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without breaking a sweat
  • Quick on your feet during high-pressure situations
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups
  • Clear, professional communicator who builds trust with vendors and team members
  • Ready to hit the road about 30 days a year
What You ll Be Doing

Plan, Execute, & Elevate Events

  • Take the lead on all major company events and make them unforgettable, from customer trips to employee outings to our annual customer meeting.
  • Keep smaller events running smoothly throughout the year, making every gathering under 50 attendees just as high-quality.
  • Team up with resorts, hotels, and vendors to pull off events that achieve goals while staying on budget.
  • Own the event budget and make every dollar count.
  • Be on-site for major events as the go-to problem solver who keeps everything running smoothly.
Own Corporate and Executive Travel
  • Take the reins on corporate and executive travel, working seamlessly with our booking partner to make sure domestic and international trips go off without a hitch.
  • Tackle last-minute changes and unexpected challenges like a pro, keeping every trip smooth and stress-free.
  • Be the go-to travel guru for executives, letting them focus on business while you handle all the details.
Lead with Process & Innovation
  • Take ownership of event and travel processes, finding smarter ways to get things done.
  • Spot inefficiencies and turn them into actionable solutions that make a real difference
  • Continuously fine-tune travel and events to make every future trip and gathering run even smoother.
  • Explore and implement new tools that boost productivity and make travel and event planning easier and more effective.
