Kent State University is seeking a Procurement Operations Specialist to support procurement activities at the Kent Campus. You will administer the university's e‑procurement system, prepare and monitor requisitions and purchase orders, and develop RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
You will also maintain the contract repository, manage reporting dashboards, analyze spend and vendor performance, and create training materials.
