Develops video and digital content in support of the marketing initiatives for Kent State Athletics. Reports to designated administrator.

• Contribute to Kent State Athletics' overall marketing strategy by developing video and digital content using emerging technologies, platforms, and techniques.
• Produce and edit videos, photography, and motion graphics for storyboarding, website, social and electronic communications in a high quality manner that is consistent with the university's image and brand.
• Assist in developing strategies for digital communications.
• Create, develop or secure all assets related to video production, including music, voiceover, visual graphics, etc.
• Research innovative digital marketing techniques, production equipment, software and services for continuous optimization and improvement of the unit's digital marketing presence.
• Manage the videography data storage system, ensuring the proper archiving, organization and redundancy of all video footage, projects and related media.
• Design graphical elements and prepare images for college website, print and social media.
• Assist in oversight of social media sites, work with content providers to create ongoing calendar for posts, and post content.
• Maintain and service all video equipment.
• May assist with evaluating analytics.
• May supervise student employees.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree. One year of video production experience.

- Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently to move objects. Incumbent may be required to travel from building to building frequently and off campus occasionally.
