LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Consumer Account Manager responsible for overseeing day-to-day client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring seamless execution of consumer-focused programs. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can quickly learn new processes, systems, and client needs. The Consumer Account Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support consumer accounts, resolve issues, analyze trends, and maintain long-term client loyalty.

Position

Summary

The Consumer Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and plays a key role in supporting the overall customer experience while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned consumer accounts, ensuring high-quality service and timely support
  • Develop a strong understanding of client needs, product offerings, and program requirements
  • Manage day-to-day client communications, updates, and service requests
  • Partner with internal teams such as customer service, sales, quality, and operations to ensure accurate execution of client needs
  • Monitor account performance and assist in preparing reports to support client relationships
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Support onboarding of new accounts and assist with ongoing process training
  • Maintain accurate documentation and account records with strong attention to detail
  • Assist with issue resolution and escalations to ensure timely outcomes
  • Provide feedback and insights on customer trends and service improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and processes
  • Customer service oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
Preferred Background
  • Background in account management, retail, quality, or a similar client-facing role
  • Experience working in fast-paced or high-volume customer environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism
