Job Title

The city of La Chapelle-sur-Erdre (with 21,000 inhabitants - member of Nantes Metropole) is looking for RECENSORS (M/F) on a temporary basis from 21/01/2027 to 27/02/2027.

In the context of the annual population census, your duties will include:

• Training in the concepts and rules of the census
• Conducting the recognition tour: identifying all the addresses of dwellings to be censused in your sector and having them validated by your coordinator
• Depositing census documents and encouraging residents to respond online
• Monitoring the progress of the collection, especially online responses
• Retrieving completed paper questionnaires from residents within the stipulated time and performing the required checks
• Reinforcing, with the help of the community coordinator, residents who could not be reached or who did not respond in detail within the stipulated time
• Meeting with the community coordinator regularly
• Returning all documents at the end of the collection

Each census agent is assigned 200 to 240 dwellings to be censused.

Remuneration: remuneration per sheet of housing collected and per non-investigated housing sheet as well as for training sessions and the recognition tour + travel allowance.

Miscellaneous: motorized means of locomotion strongly advised (regulatory compensation for expenses). Mobile phone provided by the City for the duration of the mission.

Your skills and qualifications:

• Ability to assimilate the concepts and rules of the census detailed during mandatory training
• Availability during the day and evening from Monday to Saturday throughout the duration of the mission
• Ability to navigate and read a map
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with the internet
• Discretion, neutrality, and respect for professional secrecy
• Rigorous and methodical

Contract duration: 1 month
