We're looking for an organized, responsive HVAC Dispatch / Customer Care Coordinator to help manage the daily flow of residential service calls. You'll play a key role in keeping technician schedules on track, communicating with homeowners, and making sure open service needs don't fall through the cracks.

You'll help manage the moving pieces behind the scenes so technicians can stay productive and customers know what to expect.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Build and manage daily technician schedules
• Dispatch HVAC technicians based on call priority, location, and availability
• Contact customers with appointment confirmations, updates, and estimated arrival times
• Rework schedules throughout the day when emergencies, delays, or additional calls arise
• Track follow-up appointments, callbacks, and unresolved service needs
• Keep customer accounts and service information accurate and up to date
• Assist with invoices, warranty paperwork, and other service documentation
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Service Manager and field technicians

• 2+ years of experience in dispatch, scheduling, customer service, office administration, or a similar role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and confident phone presence
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Comfortable working with computers and adapting to new software
• High school diploma or GED

It's especially helpful if you've worked in:

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or another home-services environment
• Service Titan or comparable field-service software
• Technician scheduling or service dispatch
• Customer coordination within a service-based business

Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM

Occasional overtime may be needed based on seasonal demand.
