Mancan Staffing is assisting a well-established union manufacturing company in Kent in hiring a Customer Service Representative for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.
Salary: $45,000 - $47,500 annually to start
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
This position serves as a key point of contact for customers, assisting with order processing, customer inquiries, and coordinating information between customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, products, and delivery information
• Enter and maintain order information within company systems
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
Qualifications:
• Previous customer service experience required
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in a dealer-based customer environment is highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Performance review after 90 days with approximately a $1,500 annual salary increase based on performance
• Additional wage increase scheduled for December 2027
