To provide specialized knowledge in an area related to higher education. Reports to designated supervisor.

• Coordinate or assist in development and implementation of a program or project. May oversee day-to-day operations of a program or project.
• Serve as liaison for area of specialization; answer questions and provide advice on issues related to area of specialization.
• Assist in analyzing information, conducting research and developing and preparing reports related to area of specialization.
• Serve on various department, division, and University committees.
• May supervise students and/or provide functional guidance of support staff or other employees who work on a project or assignment on a temporary or intermittent basis.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree and two years' relevant experience; or associate's degree and five years of business and/or academic experience; or seven years of business and/or academic experience.

Experience in KSU hiring processes such as the faculty RTP, replacement for Flashfolio, Scholarly, Page Up for searches and hiring, ePAF preparation, FLAC, the upgraded Campus Works for hiring hourly students, Time Clock Plus, Position Request form, Position Authorization form, Employee Transaction Workflow (ETW), Salary Redistribution.
