The city of La Chapelle-sur-Erdre (with 20,000 inhabitants - member of Nantes Metropole) is looking for AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES LEADERS FOR 3-11 YEARS CONTRACT FROM AUGUST 31, 2026 TO JULY 2, 2027 PART TIME 23H15 (grade of animation assistant) Want to join a strong and structuring Local Educational Project, which highlights values such as autonomy, citizenship, equity, secularism, diversity, respect and solidarity?

In the framework of the Local Educational Project, the after school and leisure centers of Chapelle-sur-Erdre are places of awakening, education and fulfillment for children. Each reception structure develops a pedagogical project that is mindful of responding to the needs and expectations of children. Under the authority of a site director you will carry out the following missions:

• Welcome a group of children, ensuring their affective, physical and moral safety
• Accompany the children in the car
• Design and implement animation and leisure activities in line with the Local Educational Project and the pedagogical project of the structure
• Participate in the smooth running of the reception structure

Additional duties:

• Participate in the maintenance of the dining room
• Participate in the installation, tidying up and cleaning of equipment and furniture

Specifics of the position:

• 23h15/week, annual schedule with variable working hours between 8am and 6:35pm (Monday to Friday, during school periods), which can be split throughout the day with combinable duties (adaptability required). Annual schedule

• Some meetings possible in the evening or on Saturday

• The needs of the child
• The reception of a public in a situation of disability
• Regulation and safety of users in ACM
• Techniques of animation and supervision
• Project methodology
• The territorial environment (educational project, CTG, organization of the community and LEJ service, contacts…)
• Educational actors and their roles

Remuneration: approximately 1127 euros net, employer participation of 50% to the provision, membership to COS 44

Your assets and skills:

• You have a training in the field of animation (BAFA, BAFD, BPJEPS,...)
• You have a B permit
• You have experience in the field of animation for children
• You are dynamic, have a sense of responsibility and like to work in a team
• You know how to build a trusting relationship with children, the animation team, partners and parents
