• Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and daily routines
• Maintain a structured, organized, and engaging classroom environment

• Ensure health, safety, and licensing standards are consistently met
• Collaborate with co‑teachers to plan activities, transitions, and classroom systems

• Strong understanding of early childhood development and age‑appropriate practices

• Clear, professional communication skills

• Reliable attendance and time management
• Experience in childcare or early education preferred
