Position Overview

Personal Banker – Kent State Branch, Kent, OH. This role is located at PNC's Kent State Branch office and focuses on deepening the customer base, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer experience.

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drive proactive sales conversations via outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
• Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet with differentiated customer experience.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems effectively.
• Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures; demonstrate sound judgment within established limits.
• Participate in daily branch operations to ensure accurate and efficient completion.

• Customer Focused – knowledgeable of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations.
• Managing Risk – assess and manage all risks associated with business objectives and activities and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent, or related experience.
• Three or more years of experience in a banking or related role.
• Knowledge of banking products, digital tools, and outstanding communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving, prospecting, and multi‑priority management abilities.

Base Salary: $41,250.00 – $68,750.00 (varies by location, market data, skills, experience, and education).
