We are looking for a Business Analyst to work on our applications, in close contact with business, development, and user teams. The position combines BUILD, MCO, functional qualification, and support activities, with a strong focus on quality and user satisfaction. Your missions:

• Analyze and formalize business needs (functional specifications, User Stories).
• Study functional impacts and participate in the estimation of evolutions.
• Define acceptance criteria and test strategy.
• Perform functional acceptance (manual tests, qualification).
• Identify, track, and analyze incidents (RUN / MCO), up to their resolution.
• Propose corrective solutions and workarounds if necessary.
• Contribute to functional documentation, assistance, and user support.
• Participate in sprint reviews and functional demonstrations.

• API REST, Java, SQL (essential), Cloud
• Databases Oracle / PostgreSQL, Kafka (preferred)
• Linux
• Jira, Squash Test
• Preferred automated testing tools:
  Selenium, TestNG, Jenkins, Git

We are looking for a profile with solid first experience or training in business analysis, functional qualification, or application support. You demonstrate strong analytical, synthesis, and writing skills, with a real interest in software quality, acceptance, and application operation.

Comfortable in an Agile environment, you are recognized for your communication and team spirit. Knowledge of the banking/insurance sector would be a plus, as would an ISTQB certification.
