Axians Audiovisual Services is a company specialized in the maintenance and operation of audiovisual systems that intervenes in the following areas: complex rooms (auditoriums, council rooms, etc), muséography, sound reinforcement, video conferencing, dynamic display. The missions consist of maintaining a set of audiovisual hardware and software in a network and IT environment.

In the context of our development, we are recruiting in Saint-Denis (93) an:

Incident Manager Audiovisual & IT

Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, you will accompany our company in the evolution of its Audiovisual Maintenance activity with your skills in Audiovisual & IT installations, monitoring, and ad hoc reporting.

Your Missions

You evolve within the Service Center team and participate in "service delivery":

• Utilization of our ITSM tool
• Handling audiovisual incidents: remote troubleshooting and on-site intervention if necessary
• Administration of the CMDB, management of equipment park.
• Participation in the development of Managed Audiovisual Services solutions:

- Configuration, parameter setting, and operation of monitoring and control systems deployed with clients

- Development of our audiovisual NOC.

Complementary:

• Analysis of IT security prescriptions on audiovisual systems.

Your ProfileBac + 2 to engineering schools & universities (technical fields) with at least 5 years of professional experience.
