, where your maintenance expertise and leadership skills help create exceptional living experiences for our residents! We’re seeking an Assistant Service Manager with a “whatever it takes” attitude to help keep our community running smoothly.

• Lead, mentor, and develop your maintenance team in diagnosing and repairing issues.
• Provide expert troubleshooting across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and appliance repair.
• Help establish and manage preventive maintenance, make-ready, and on-call schedules.
• Keep maintenance inventory organized and cost-effective.
• Regularly inspect community buildings and grounds to ensure everything is in top condition.
• Jump in to complete work orders and repairs as needed.

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and live within 30 minutes of the property.
• Competency with: P-Tech HVAC systems, Individual Hot Water Tanks, Copper Pipes/PEX.
• 2–4 years of related maintenance or technical experience.
• Working knowledge of systems such as Yardi or Mobile Maintenance (preferred).
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.

• Pay Range: $22–$25/hour
• Up to 50% Rent Discount
• Shared Renewal Commissions – paid monthly
• $300 Morgan Essentials Bonus – paid quarterly
• On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the phone
