We are seeking a driven 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead a team of hourly employees in a high‑volume corrugated manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for safety, quality, productivity, and team engagement—ensuring the shift consistently meets performance goals while maintaining a positive, safe, and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and develop a team of hourly production employees on the 2nd shift.
- Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Engage with the team to ensure positive workplace culture.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in the corrugated industry.
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
Competitive pay ($70,000–$90,000/year).
