Now Hiring a Machine Operator for a Great Company in Tallmadge, OH Job
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Load large master rolls of material onto the slitting machine
- Adjust blades, spacers, and guides for required widths
- Input production specifications
- Operate slitting equipment during production runs
- Monitor speed, tension, and alignment
- Ensure accurate cuts and proper winding of finished rolls
- Inspect for defects such as uneven edges, wrinkles tears, and incorrect widths
[First Shift] 6:00am - 2:00pm [Second Shift] 2:00pm - 10:00pm or 1:00pm - 11:00pm [Third Shift] 8:00pm - 6:00am
Staring Pay:$16.00 - $20.00 per hour [Paid Weekly]
Incentives:- $150 Attendance Bonus Paid Out Bi-Quarterly
- Wage Increase Every Year
- Profit Sharing If Goals Are Met Paid Quarterly Up To $500
