Schneller LLC is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to support our fast-paced manufacturing operation. If you have experience with inventory management, cycle counting, forklift operation, and ERP systems - and enjoy keeping operations organized and running efficiently - we want to hear from you.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, works well in a team environment, and enjoys hands-on warehouse and inventory responsibilities that directly support production success.

What You'll Do
  • Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP/MRP systems
  • Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and material verification
  • Receive and inspect raw materials, components, and production supplies
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and receiving issues
  • Organize warehouse storage locations for maximum efficiency and FIFO material flow
  • Support production by ensuring materials are available and accurately tracked
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse and inventory areas
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, labeling, packaging, and documentation
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency
  • Support team members and other operational projects as needed
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse or inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment safely
  • Working knowledge of inventory control procedures and FIFO systems
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems, barcode scanners, and inventory transactions
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and data entry
  • Ability to read documentation and perform basic math calculations
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
