Schneller LLC is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to support our fast-paced manufacturing operation. If you have experience with inventory management, cycle counting, forklift operation, and ERP systems - and enjoy keeping operations organized and running efficiently - we want to hear from you.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, works well in a team environment, and enjoys hands-on warehouse and inventory responsibilities that directly support production success.

What You'll Do

* Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment

* Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP/MRP systems

* Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and material verification

* Receive and inspect raw materials, components, and production supplies

* Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and receiving issues

* Organize warehouse storage locations for maximum efficiency and FIFO material flow

* Support production by ensuring materials are available and accurately tracked

* Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse and inventory areas

* Assist with shipping, receiving, labeling, packaging, and documentation

* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency

* Support team members and other operational projects as needed

What We're Looking For

* Minimum 3 years of warehouse or inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment

* Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment safely

* Working knowledge of inventory control procedures and FIFO systems

* Experience with ERP/MRP systems, barcode scanners, and inventory transactions

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

* Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and data entry

* Ability to read documentation and perform basic math calculations

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* High school diploma or equivalent
