Production Operator
The Production Operator is the front‑line employee responsible for performing manufacturing processes that add value and quality to raw materials and produce final high‑quality dairy products. Key duties include receiving and handling materials, operating proprietary equipment, and packaging products while maintaining safety, quality, sanitation, and efficiency.

Kent, Ohio
Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00PM – 11:00PM)
Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed
$28.16 per hour, plus a $1.00 shift differential per hour
Required Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- 6+ months of manufacturing experience
- Basic computer skills and ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions
- Basic mathematical skills
- 1+ year of continuous prior experience in any industry
- Self‑reliant with minimal supervision
- Problem‑solving skills for mechanical issues
- Effective communication of work order progress to supervisors and teammates
- Team‑oriented and customer focused
- Flexibility in tasks and schedule
- Experience with high‑tech manufacturing equipment such as baggers, palletizers, and cookers
Perform operating duties in a fast‑paced environment, following manufacturer specifications and SOPs. Monitor and report on production progress. Maintain compliance with safety and sanitation protocols. Adapt to changing production schedules, including overtime and weekend work.
EssentialPhysical Requirements
Walk, stand, and move throughout the day, lifting items up to 50lbs. Bending, stooping, twisting, pushing, pulling, and operating heavy machinery may be required. Work may occur in cold and/or hot temperatures, and in dusty conditions. Wear personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, respirator or dust mask, protective footwear, and appropriate clothing or uniforms.
