Material Handler / Forklift Operator
KENT, OH
Weekend Day
Shift: Monday
- Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Are you an experienced forklift operator looking for a schedule that gives you four days off every week? We are seeking a dependable Material Handler to support a busy manufacturing operation by safely moving materials, supplying production lines, and keeping inventory flowing efficiently.
This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy operating equipment, working independently, and being a key part of the production process.
What You'll Do:
* Operate forklifts to move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility
* Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
* Transport materials to and from production areas
* Stage materials for machine operators and production teams
* Verify inventory and material quantities
* Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations
* Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records
* Follow all safety procedures and material handling guidelines
* Keep work areas clean, organized, and production-ready
What We're Looking For:
* Previous forklift operating experience required
* Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred
* Ability to safely move large rolls and production materials
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
* Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Preferred Experience:
Forklift Certification
Material Handling
Shipping & Receiving
Inventory Control
Manufacturing or Production Support
ERP, SAP, or Warehouse Management Systems
