Production Reworker Operator

Pay: $30.33 per hour plus Shift Differential: $1.00 per hour

In this role, you will be a key member of Land O’Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing front‑line production processes that add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high‑quality products. You will gain skills and experience of taking raw materials to produce our final products for customers. This includes operating machinery and equipment, packaging the final product.

• Microfix all butter needs for production requirements.
• Record keep lot numbers and maintain accurate inventory.
• Supply bulk butter for all production needs.
• Operate reworker equipment with the highest standard of sanitation, quality and safety.
• Operate a forklift (Tow Motor).
• Maintain a sufficient supply of reworked product to meet production requirements.
• Clean all butter and reworker equipment (C.I.P./clean).
• Assist in production during relief of production personnel.
• Communicate effectively with production supervisors and co‑workers.
• Accurately fill out all required paperwork.
• Report all safety concerns.
• Be knowledgeable of the union contract, attendance policy, work rules, GMPs, appropriate behavior, safety and all other policies/rules set forth by Land O'Lakes.
• Adhere to quality system requirements.
• Perform all job duties in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
• Be prepared to work more than eight (8) hours per day or forty (40) hours in a given work week, depending on operational requirements.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year or more of work experience in any industry.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem‑solve, and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, and always respectful.

• 1+ year of manufacturing work experience.
• Machine operation and/or forklift experience.

• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing, and other active movements.
• Perform duties while wearing personal protective equipment.
• Work in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods, and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present.
