Position: Third Shift Production + $3 Shift Diff

- We are currently hiring for a manufacturing role in our light manufacturing facility. Candidates with experience in coating, laminating, compounding, adhesives, machine operation, forklift operation, commercial printing, or other manufacturing-related fields are encouraged to apply.

This is an entry level position.

Starting Pay:
Based on experience + $3 Shift Differential

Third Shift

Required

Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 7pm - 5am

Friday: 3pm - 11pm

Optional

Hours:

Saturday or Sunday

Key Responsibilities (May vary depending on position):

* Operate machinery safely in a light manufacturing environment

* Assist in the coating and laminating processes for high-quality products

* Follow safety procedures and ensure a clean, organized work area

* Maintain consistent quality standards throughout the production process

* Perform basic math calculations as required for job tasks

* Keep accurate records using computer systems

* Meet attendance and punctuality requirements, including overtime when necessary

Physical Requirements (With or without accommodations):

* Ability to stand for extended periods (8-10 hours a day)

* Capable of moving around the plant and performing tasks safely

* Flexibility to bend, grasp, push, pull, and lift materials as needed

* Regularly lift 20 to 50 pounds, depending on the job

* Use a computer for data entry and information retrieval

Additional Requirements:

* Completion of aptitude testing as part of the interviewing process

* Successful completion of background and drug screening required, prior to start date

Applicants must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Must be able to lift 40-50lbs

Overtime:
Available & we are looking for someone eager to work extra hours.
