Third Shift Manufacturing Role

We are currently hiring for a manufacturing role in our light manufacturing facility. Candidates with experience in coating, laminating, compounding, adhesives, machine operation, forklift operation, commercial printing, or other manufacturing-related fields are encouraged to apply. This is an entry level position. Starting Pay:
Based on experience + $3 Shift Differential.

Monday – Thursday: 7pm – 5am Friday: 3pm - 11pm Optional

Hours:

Saturday or Sunday

Key Responsibilities (May vary depending on position):

• Operate machinery safely in a light manufacturing environment
• Assist in the coating and laminating processes for high-quality products
• Follow safety procedures and ensure a clean, organized work area
• Maintain consistent quality standards throughout the production process
• Perform basic math calculations as required for job tasks
• Keep accurate records using computer systems
• Meet attendance and punctuality requirements, including overtime when necessary

Physical Requirements (With or without accommodations):

• Ability to stand for extended periods (8-10 hours a day)
• Capable of moving around the plant and performing tasks safely
• Flexibility to bend, grasp, push, pull, and lift materials as needed
• Regularly lift 20 to 50 pounds, depending on the job
• Use a computer for data entry and information retrieval

Additional Requirements:

• Completion of aptitude testing as part of the interviewing process
• Successful completion of background and drug screening required, prior to start date

Applicants must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Must be able to lift 40-50lbs. Overtime:
Available & we are looking for someone eager to work extra hours.
