Pioneers is seeking a Production Supervisor in Kent, WA to lead a manufacturing area, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement on a 2:30 pm–1:00 am swing shift onsite.
You will partner with engineering, HR, and customers to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, lead Kaizen events, standardize work, and manage staffing to meet demand.
A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing are required.
