Production Operator – Mixing

1st Shift

Schedule:

Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM Starting Pay: $16.50/hour

• Follow batch tickets and mixing instructions accurately
• Operate and monitor mixer equipment and control systems
• Complete required paperwork and production reports
• Meet daily production schedules
• Clean equipment and maintain an organized work area
• Handle materials safely, including drums and supersacks
• Communicate issues to supervisors and follow safety procedures

• Ability to read and follow written production instructions
• Basic math and documentation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be medically cleared to wear respiratory protection/adequate safety equipment
• Ability to climb stairs repeatedly during 8–10 hour shifts
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Prior production or mixing experience preferred
• Comfortable working around chemicals and in a dirty or industrial manufacturing environment
• Ability to work in environments with dust, odors, and varying temperatures
