Kitchen Manager PositionWe are currently seeking a passionate and experienced chef to join our team as a Kitchen Manager. In this role, you will oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, inventory, and staff management. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is dedicated to delivering high‑quality dishes to our customers.
Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of the kitchen, including inventory, ordering, food costs, and staff scheduling
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented according to company standards
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and food preparation workers
- Collaborate with the front‑of‑house manager to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Previous experience as a chef, manager, or cook in a high‑volume restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
