Compensation

• Hourly wage: $19 - $32 per hour
• Hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage at the job location.
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums can be paid up to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Food and Consumable associates are focused on taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer.
