Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific duties. Multiple premiums may apply.

This role focuses on greeting, helping, and thanking our customers, and preventing loss at the store entrances. Responsibilities include verifying purchases, assisting with returned items, and keeping our entrances safe and secure.
