You will be the key link between clients, project managers and the construction team, helping to streamline processes and foster strong relationships.

• Engage with prospective clients to understand project needs and present tailored solutions that align with their expectations.
• Prepare detailed estimates by analyzing project specifications, drawings and bid documents using tools like Moraware.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to secure profitable agreements while maintaining excellent customer relations.
• Assist in managing project budgets by monitoring costs, implementing cost control measures, and ensuring estimates stay within scope.
• Support the sales process from initial inquiry, providing timely follow‑up and communication.

• Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable terms while fostering client relationships.
• Preferred experience in counter top or cabinet estimating.
• Good understanding of construction estimating principles.
• Excellent communication skills with clients.

• Counter top, cabinet or remodeling experience: 1 year (Preferred).
