Description
The Full-Time Leasing Consultant will serve as the front-line sales professional at an assigned community and will be responsible for driving occupancy and revenue performance. This role requires a motivated closer who will provide a world‑class experience to residents and thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

- Maintain strong knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors.
- Achieve and exceed community leasing goals and occupancy targets.
- Execute strategies that drive traffic, increase qualified leads, and maximize revenue.
- Respond to leads quickly with a sales‑first mindset.
- Provide excellent customer service and serve as an example to your team as a representative of Peak & your community.
- Build rapport quickly and tailor the experience to each prospect.
- Support resident satisfaction to drive renewals and referrals.
- Complete lease paperwork accurately and collect deposits.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and prospect data.
- Support office presentation and model readiness.
- Assist in performance of annual turn process.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competition.
- Assist with market surveys as needed.
- Perform various administrative tasks.
- Assist with all move out and move in events as well as collect deposits and/or fees associated with move in.
- Sales or leasing experience (1+ year required).
- Demonstrated success achieving sales, leasing, or conversion targets.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, Real Page, or similar.
- Strong follow-up discipline with evidence of multi‑touch outreach (calls, emails, texts).
- Achieve high prospect satisfaction through timely follow-up and personalized tours.
- Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours.
- Commission‑eligible role with strong earning potential.
