On behalf of our client, NRG, we are looking for Retail Sales Associates to promote services such as electricity and gas to customers  position requires a friendly, enthusiastic personality and offers paid training and a first‑sale bonus.

• Work within the local Walmart store.
• Engage consumers about NRG electricity and gas.
• Help customers lower their energy costs.
• Uncover consumer desires and address objections.
• Build professional relationships with customers and fellow employees.
• Welcome customers and offer solutions politely.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and celebrate success.
• Set and meet personal sales goals each month.
• Document and report sales accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable workstation or kiosk.
• Submit all required paperwork completely and accurately.
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six months of experience in sales, retail, telecom, or marketing.
• Knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

• Base pay of $800–$1,000 weekly with uncapped commission.
