The Sales and Service Specialist (SSS) is a unique hybrid role designed to provide hands-on experience in both customer service and automotive care. What You’ll Do:- Create exceptional customer experiences by building trust, understanding customer needs, and recommending the right products and services.
- Deliver outstanding service while helping customers feel welcomed, informed, and confident in their vehicle care decisions.
- Work alongside a supportive team to ensure services are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
- Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality to every interaction.
- Learn all aspects of store operations and confidently transition between customer-facing responsibilities and hands-on service work throughout the day.
