Metronet is hiring a Fiber Technician in Akron, OH to perform installations, disconnects, and service changes for residential and business customers. You will troubleshoot from the fiber terminal to the customer’s CPE and educate customers on Metro Net products.
You must hold a valid driver’s license, be able to lift up to 75 lbs, and be willing to travel for training or as needed. The role includes on-call duties and overtime where required.
