Overview
Express Employment Professionals is seeking experienced MIG/TIG Aluminum Welders located in the greater Kent, Bedford, Streetsboro, and Solon, Ohio area.
Responsibilities- Perform high‑quality TIG/MIG welding, focusing on aluminum components.
- Read, understand, and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and aesthetics.
- Maintain welding equipment in good working condition and follow all safety procedures.
- Lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Minimum five years of professional experience in TIG/MIG aluminum welding.
- Proven ability to produce clean, aesthetically pleasing aluminum TIG welds.
- Ability to TIG weld stainless steel (preferred).
- Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
$21‑$28 per hour.
LocationKent, OH (Bedford, Streetsboro, Solon also).
