A leading environmental and ecological consultancy is looking to appoint a Consultant Ecologist to join their growing team in Kent. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Consultant Ecologist to work with a respected consultancy delivering ecological and environmental solutions across infrastructure, development, transport, and public sector projects throughout the UK.

The Role

Undertake ecological surveys and site assessments
Assist with protected species surveys and reporting
Support Biodiversity Net Gain and habitat management projects
Produce technical reports and ecological documentation
Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams
Support project delivery across the South East and wider UK Requirements

Experience working as a Consultant Ecologist or within ecological consultancy
Degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, or related discipline
Knowledge of UK wildlife legislation and planning policy
Strong report writing and communication skills
Full UK driving licence required
Full right to work in the UK
Must live in or near the Kent office location
Protected species survey experience desirable
