Experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join our well-established company, working across Kent, London, and surrounding areas. This role is strictly installation focused and does not include servicing or breakdown works.

Role & Responsibilities

* Installation of air conditioning systems including Split, Multi-split, VRV/VRF, and FCU systems.

* First-fix and second-fix installation works on residential and commercial sites.

* Pipework installation, pressure testing, evacuation, commissioning, and handover.

* Installation of condensate drainage systems and associated electrical connections.

* Working closely with the contracts and projects team to deliver installations efficiently.

* Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer care on site.

Requirements

* Located within approximately 15 miles of the warehouse at Dartford, DA2 7ER
.

* Full UK driving licence.

* Minimum of 8 years’ experience in air conditioning installation.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to read drawings and follow installation specifications.

* Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Essential Qualifications

* F-Gas Certification.

* Relevant City & Guilds or equivalent HVAC qualifications.

* CSCS card.

* IPAF, PASMA, or similar access qualifications (preferred but not essential).

Package & Benefits

* Full-time, permanent position.

* Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per year (dependent on experience).

* Overtime available.

* Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:30.
