Commercial Refrigeration Engineer – Kent
Salary: £45k - £55k + benefits

Due to growth, we are looking for experienced Commercial Refrigeration Engineers to work as part of a dynamic team, manage customers’ expectations, and take pride in the results they deliver.
Our philosophyOur engineers are the heartbeat of our business; we look after them and in turn they look after our customers.
Working hoursThere are regular opportunities to do more than the guaranteed 40 hours each week – on average our engineers work around 50 hours per week, including door‑to‑door travel and paid lunch breaks.
How we workEach engineer manages their own customer sites within a workable area, building lasting relationships with the customer and their teams. We avoid long travel times and focus on relevance and productivity.

Ideally What You’ll Have- Recognised industry qualifications – FGas (others such as hydrocarbon, NVQ, City & Guilds)
- Electrical qualification
- Manufacturer training (e.g., Fosters, Williams, True)
- Knowledge and experience working on a variety of refrigeration equipment
- Proven record of building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Driving licence (must)
- Door‑to‑door competitive hourly rate heightened when onsite
- Award‑winning training and development – internal, external and manufacturer
