Commercial Refrigeration Engineer – Kent

Salary: £45k - £55k + benefits

Due to growth, we are looking for experienced Commercial Refrigeration Engineers to work as part of a dynamic team, manage customers’ expectations, and take pride in the results they deliver.

Working hours

There are regular opportunities to do more than the guaranteed 40 hours each week – on average our engineers work around 50 hours per week, including door‑to‑door travel and paid lunch breaks.

How we work

Each engineer manages their own customer sites within a workable area, building lasting relationships with the customer and their teams. We avoid long travel times and focus on relevance and productivity.

Every engineer is valuable. We collaborate closely to ensure we are the best version of ourselves every day. We aim to retain our engineers while expanding our customer portfolio.

Ideally What You’ll Have
  • Recognised industry qualifications – FGas (others such as hydrocarbon, NVQ, City & Guilds)
  • Electrical qualification
  • Manufacturer training (e.g., Fosters, Williams, True)
  • Knowledge and experience working on a variety of refrigeration equipment
  • Proven record of building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Driving licence (must)
