Remedial Plumber or Maintenance Plumber - Kent (regional work)
£35000-£40000 + Van + Benefits
Are you a Remedial Plumber or Maintenance Plumber with proven experience working on commercial sites?
Our client is a Commercial Plumbing and Water Hygiene Consultancy specialising in commercial sites in Essex, London and Kent. They are expanding their team and currently require a Remedial or Maintenance Plumber to support commercial sites in Kent. Typical site locations include Canterbury, Dover, Maidstone and Ashford.
Typical Responsibilities- Pipework modifications
- TMV servicing
- Deadleg removal
- Installation and water sampling as needed
- Over 4 years of experience as a Remedial or Maintenance Plumber delivering planned maintenance, reactive work and modifications/upgrades.
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (industry recognised credential).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to take on overtime when necessary.
- Familiarity with water hygiene responsibilities is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team on sites including Health Care, Offices, Education and Hospitality.
